The business you build or manage is a reflection of you, it is how you
imagine and see the business in your mind, do you see it expanding more and more every year,
do you see that your customers are getting happier with your services. Or do you see yourself

When developing your vision you must stay in touch with the real world, try to find a niche in
the market place, i.e. some aspect of the business that your competitors are not meeting. Go around
and visit these stores which you perceive as your competitors and ask yourself, how am I going to
take business away from these stores, what are their strengths and what are their weaknesses and how
am I going to use that to my own advantage.
